From the customer file, you may identify the origin of your customers according to a list of choices that you will have configured beforehand.

Report
That information will be merge in the lead report which is accessible from the «Reports» menu, in the ‘'customers’' tab. This report is printable and can be used as a reference to know where to focus your marketing energies.

Configuration
In order to configure the customer’s lead choices, you have two options:
From the «configuration» menu under the ‘'client and prospect’' tab.
Directly from the customer file
From this table you will be able to add, modify or delete customer lead choices based on your need.

You can also make the origin mandatory by configure as such in the branch file, under the second tab.
