Import and merge.
To start importing you must choose your import type if it is not properly configured in your manufacturing configuration.
Then you select and get your import documents related to your project.
Select the Import button to start the process of importing information.
Once the documents are selected and the “Import” button is clicked, you will be able to choose the types of products you want to import and the classification of the parent product for import
Once the import is complete, if this is your first import or if you have new products, you must click on the "Nonexistant matches" tab to associate the CadCam product code with your Cienapps product code. You can use the "Link to existing product" or "Add" (Create new product) buttons to create the link.
If it is a product that you do not wish to import into your project, you can click on the "Add to exclusions" button to add it to the list of excluded products that will not be added to your project.
Once the import is complete and your products are associated, you can select the customer and click on the save button.
The following window will appear.
You will have the possibility to create a new quotation or order.
You also have the possibility to merge this project to an existing quotation, order or work order.
