Automatic communication by action
Several automatic triggers make it possible to send predefined emails based upon actions taken on production tasks.
You can configure the details of the automatic communication :
Trigger communication : You can decide when to send the communication. Here is the list of available options :
Triggering of the task : The communication is sent when the task is created in the WO.
Beginning of the punch : The communication is sent when an employee punches in on the task.
Closing the task : The communication is sent when an employee closes the task.
Due date of the task : The communication is sent when the task reaches the scheduled due date in the WO’s Processor tab.
Recipient of the communication : The tasks destination.
Here are the available choices :
Customer : The customer of the tasks WO.
Salesperson : The salesperson of the tasks WO.
Representative : The representative of the tasks WO.
Employee : The employee directly assigned to the task. If there is none, this option is not displayed.
Type of communication : You can choose the type of communication you want to send.
Predefined message : You can create and use predefined messages to send your communication.
