Multiple customer contacts

Each of your customers could have several contacts that will be managed in the Cienapps customer file.

These can be used when managing a project where more than one person may be involved. In the case of a private customer, for example, there may be additional family members or an external designer with whom you will have to communicate. You will then be able to add each of their coordinates directly to the customer file.

In the case of a company, there may be multiple project managers, site managers, accountants, etc. With this module, you will be able to add these different contacts in the customer file and configure certain options according to the contact, such as state of account mailing, an automatic quotation copy mailing, etc. It is also possible to target a specific person in different files (quote, order, work order, invoice).

Multiple supplier contacts

As with your customers, it is possible to link multiple contacts to your suppliers. However, you may tag a contact as your default one.

The information from these contacts will serve as a link for your purchases in Cienapps and Cieblink.
