Notifications on cross dates

When scheduling tasks in the Scheduling Calendar and Visual Processor, some tasks may cross over in time or fail to meet the safety deadline between the end of production and the start of installation. Would you like to be notified when the planners accept these crossings? This tool meets this need well! It allows you to be informed with notifications and an icon in the tasks of the different calendars.

Module

To use this feature, the 'Notifications on dates overlap' module must be activated. For more information, please contact your project manager.

Permission

To be notified when date overlaps occur, the ‘Receive notifications about cross dates’ permission must be granted.

A configuration message is displayed when a date overlaps.

The safety delay allows you to add a buffer of time between the end of production and the start of installation

In the capacity, installation and visual processor calendar, when a date overlaps, a confirmation message is displayed. See pictures

These overlaps consider the security delay configured in the factory configuration. See picture.

A capacity at the same time as the installation (and vice versa).

Visual indicator

During overlaps, an icon is displayed to indicate at what level the overlap takes place.

Note

In the case of the visual processor, only tasks that cross or exceed the installation will be displayed with a warning icon.

The message appears when there are one or more notifications.

All notifications appear one after the other

Notification
Upon confirmation of a date overlap by a user, a notification is created. Users with permission receive it within the next minute. The message that appears contains the same description as the date overlap confirmation accepted by a user.

This notification is displayed at the bottom right of Cienapps (in the main window).

A click on the check button removes the notification. However, it remains accessible through the interactive center at all times (see the section below).

Interactive Center

These notifications are available in the Interactive User Center. They can however be terminated in batch once resolved.

In the Center Interactive User, the notifications are available.

Accessible details

In calendars, hovering over tasks shows details about dates and cross items.

In the files, these details are also available simply by mouse over.
