Installation date by intervals

Interval installation allows you to define the date range over which the project installation will be performed. In the case of large contractor projects, it is often the case that the installation is spread over a period of several weeks. It is therefore possible to define this interval in the quote as well as in the orders.

Intervals

When an interval is configured in a quote or an order, the entire monetary value of the project will be spread over the weeks making up this interval, with an equal value on each of them. However, when a line (folder) is transferred from one record to another (for example, from quotation to order), the amounts spread over the interval are recalculated based on the remaining total not transferred.

The intervals can be configured in the information tab of the order as well as the submission. Note that the intervals are based on the installation end date, so we go back in time for each interval unit.
