Automatic filling of the reference (Work order)

Activating this module automatically populates the Reference in the work order file.

This module will be active if and only if the unit and floor module is active.

This means that two modules are required to use this feature.

Work Order

In the work order file, the 'Floor' and 'Unit' columns are available for input.

When entering, the reference is automatically assigned according to the following rules.

[Order]-[WO #]-[Floor]-[Unit]

The maximum size of this information is 30 characters. During an overrun, the floor and the unit are cut equally.
