Employee file

Benefit from the employee file to optimize your human resources management, adjust permissions for each employee within the application and trigger some automatic mechanisms in the software.

 

Employee table

From this table, you will be able to:

  • Create or modify an employee file

  • Delete an employee file
    Note that it is not possible to fully delete a file if the employee used or left traces within the system. It will be considered as inactive; you will be able to access the file by click on the ‘'all’' radio button. It will then be displayed in the employee table.

  • Duplicate an employee file

  • Print a label
    This label includes a bar code used for scanning purposes with different modules, such as the punch clock, for example.

 

 

 

Employee file - Detail tab

The employee file offers your multiples tabs in order to record the necessary information regarding your employees. The first tab is the main one. You can enter:

  • Basic information
    Last name, first name, address, phone number and email

  • Sales rep/representative checkbox
    Indicate if its a sales rep or a representative. This indication is necessary if using the Sales Dashboard or the Objectives and results module.

  • Employee number
    This number is mandatory for multiple modules, such as the punch clock, for example.

  • Language
    Indicate the user’s preferred language. Thus, when opening the application, it will be taken into account.

  • Cieblink username
    This code is necessary in order to transfer purchase order on the Cieblink web platform

  • Username and password
    Represent the employee’s login information for Cienapps

  • Permission grid
    Assign a permission grid managing permissions and accesses of the users in the application

  • Picture
    Employee’s picture

 

Employee file - (Cont.) tab

With this tab, you will be able to add other information necessary to complete your employee file, such as:

  • Social insurance, driver license and health card numbers

  • Hiring and termination date

  • Salary information

  • Occupation type and department

  • Email address and signature

 

 

 

 

Employee file - other tabs

The configuration and competency tabs offer your additional option based on the different modules activated.

The memo tab is a text field allowing you to add notes to the employee file.

As for the branch tab, it allows you to assign one or more branch to the employee, allowing him to connect to the right one.
