Predefined emails

You can easily set up multiple templates of predefined emails and add automation to make them customized for your customers.

Cienapps makes it easy for you to create a list of predefined emails based on your communication needs with your customers.

The configuration of this option is located under: Configuration>Messages and memos>Predefined Email

Once your messages are written and recorded, they will end up in the predefined email table. They will be available and accessible from all the file that have the option to send an email by selecting Insertion>Message predefined email when opening the email window.

*Quotation file, Order file, work order file, invoice file, statement of account, etc.
