Floor management

With this module, ensure seamless management for your multi-housing project, from the quotation to the order.

In the case of a multi-housing project, a quote is generally made for the whole thing. However, in terms of production, you may have to work by unit or floor. In order to facilitate such transitions, Cienapps is offering an automated regrouping solution when transferring a quote to an order, allowing you to optimize your work time considerably.

First, when creating your quote, make sure you have the ‘'Floor’' column in the table.

Once your parent products added, you only have to add the floor name or number. Make sure that for each product line sharing the same unit, the name or number is written exactly the same in order for the regrouping to be done adequately during the transfer to an order.

When transferring the quote to the order, choose the split option, and then choose to split per floor. An order per floor will be automatically created, regrouping by order, all items linked to each floor.

Once your orders created, you will find them in the order table, as a regular order. The floor and unit numbers will be automatically written in the title, thus allowing you to sort the table based on it, by adding a new column in the table.

The ‘'floor'' column is also available within the order.

By default the documents from the quotation will not be carried over in the orders created in this manner. It is however possible to enable it in the General Configuration of the application under the Option 2 menu.
