Automatically suggest installation date (Quotation)

The automatic installation date is calculated by a formula that you must configure in the workflow used in the quotation.

You must configure formulas for the following two calendars:

• Capacity calendar : This formula enables you to calculate the production finish date.

• Installation calendar : This calendar allows you to define the installation time.

You can enter your figures manually for the calculation.

You can also use the time of your workshops or departments in your formulas. Use the Criteria dropdown and then you can copy the value from the Formula input field.

Once you have applied the formulas to your workflow, you can go to the Information tab of your quotation to select it.

The calculation of the installation date starts when you select your workflow. The calculation is based on the following information:

• The current date when selecting the workflow in the quotation

• The delay for the capacity and the capacity time of the quotation

• The installation delay and the installation time of the quotation

A simulation is run to find the date of the next open period that contains enough space for the quotation installation time.
