Customer info

The customer info module offers you the possibility to add information that will be displayed when printing or emailing a file to the customer.

 

With the customer info, you will be able to customize your quotation, order, work-order and invoice when printing them or sending them by email. The text field of the “customer info” tab allows you to add a variety of information, whether it's a list of particularities link to the project or a simple custom signature. Cienapps also offers you the possibility to save predefined messages that can be directly selected from the file, allowing you to save time in the case of recurring information.

Note: The customer info is found independently in each of the files and is therefore not transferable from one to an other.

 

 

Preset message configuration

You can access the predefined message configuration table through the "Setup" menu under the "'messages et memos' tab". From this table, you can create, modify or delete a predefined message.

Creating a new message:

  • Information
    With this tool, you will be able to add specific information that will be filled in automatically (e.x: customer name, file number, etc.)

  • Title
    Clearly identify each of your messages so you can find and select them easily.

  • Description
    The information in this field is the message that will be added to the customer info when selected.
