Link a purchase document to a product
Cienapps offers you the possibility to add additional documentation directly related to your product in order to forward it to your supplier when sending your purchase.
Whether it is a technical drawing, a list of products with certain dimensions or simply additional information listed in a document, you can add these to your product line.
Simply add the document to the work-order file under the “document” tab. Once done, you will be able to return to your product line; under the column “document”, you will be able to select the previously added document through a drop-down menu.
The document attached to the product line will then follow as an attachment in the purchase file and to the shared purchase in Cieblink. This will be linked to the product line specifically and not to the purchase in general.
