When scheduling, Cienapps offers a way to display counters by WO.

Note that this option is only available in versions 4.16.21.0 and upward.

 

It is only available for the capacity and installation calendars.
The counters will only appear if the ‘Display by WO’ checkbox is checked.

 

How to configure your counters

In order to properly display your information by work orders, you must first configure a counters grid.

To access the configuration, open your scheduling and go to Maintenance → Configuration. Once opened, you can either select or configure a grid for your counters.

Select the desired grid you want to configure.

 

 

Grid configuration

  1. Grid name → The name of the selected grid

  2. Dial → A dial to configure. Each dial will display that information per work order. You can configure up to 4 dials per grid. Once you select the dials criteria, you must enter the different information to display. You must also give a title to your dial.

  3. Options → You can select whether you want to display that grid for your production, installation or both. It will display the work order counters in your scheduling.

  4. Prorate → Calculates the amount of the work order scheduled on that day. If you have a work order that is scheduled for 2 days or more, it will calculate the percentage of the scheduled work order for each given day and display the counters accordingly.
