Your sales team analyzes the dollar value of projects currently in Quotations, in Orders and in Work-orders (in production). By aligning sales based on the maximum dollar value that can be managed in production, your company puts all the chances on their side to respect the delivery date suggested to the customer.

Compared to the traditional sales pipeline, the stacked pipeline makes it possible to know the true value of ongoing projects for the week in order to manage a production capacity.

 

Results per week

Based on the week, analyze what is in the pipeline.

Based on the installation date, you get the dollar value for the upcoming weeks :

  • On Quotations weighted by percentage progress (excluding won, lost or deleted Quotations )

  • On Orders (the sum of the prices of the products that have not yet been transferred into work orders))

  • On Work-orders (Orders transferred into Work-Order and scheduled for production)

Quickly view the project details associated with each stick in the pipeline with a double-click, displaying the table of Quotations, Orders, Work-Order or Invoices for the selected week

 

Intervals in the stacked pipeline

Some large projects can be installed over several weeks. These projects can be managed in the stacked pipeline through the module

 

Information based on the week date

The installation date is the reference date used to generate the pipeline columns. Adjust this date as the project progresses and the pipeline will adjust accordingly.

 

 

 

Exclude certain product categories

It is also possible to exclude from the calculation the value of all products that belong to certain product categories.
