Roadmap for teams

This module allows the user to print the list of actions he will have to do based on his planning.

 

 

In order to ease your delivery, install and customer service department, Cienapps allows you to print a roadmap which includes schedule as well as customer information such as work-order number, customer name, and it’s address.

 

Roadmap Maintenance

This maintenance allows you to create one or more filter in which you can associate products.

These will automatically be selected when printing the roadmap report.

 

 

Roadmap

The roadmap is the window which allows to choose the information to print.

  • Department and Team
    Allows to filter to whom exactly is the report. We can either choose a person, a department or all department.

  • Date filter
    Allows to choose only the work-order that have been planned in the install calendar based on the chosen department and team.

  • Print type
    Allows to choose the maintenance done in the previous step. It also allows to order of filter the product list to display and print.

  • ‘'Filter only the products that are present in the maintenance’' checkbox
    If the checkbox is not selected, the table will be filled with all products belonging in the work-order, based on the filter previously applied. Products that were in the maintenance will be automatically checked and displayed at the top of the list.
    If the checkbox is selected, the table will be filled only with products that are in the maintenance and the work-order based on the filter previously selected.

  • Search field
    Allows to filter the table base on the searched product code, without taking out the filter already selected, even if they won’t be displayed in the table.

Only checked products in the table will be printed.

Note that jobs needs to be planned in the delivery/install calendar beforehand.
