Trigger Estimated Install / Delivery Date

Want to assign the estimated install / delivery date automatically based on Processor tasks? Here's how.

Manage Workflows

In order to trigger the installation date assignment, a task must be targeted in the Workflow Manager.

Note: only one task from the same workflow can be a trigger. A task may a trigger at the same time either for the installation and delivery date.

In a recent version, the trigger is also available for the delivery date.

Select a workflow (Work Order file)

When selecting a workflow that has a triggered task, the date generated by the processor is assigned to the estimated install and delivery date.

The trigger also works for the delivery date.

Unschedule a task

Unscheduling a task reassigns the estimated install and delivery date automatically.
