Statement of account report

Cienapps allows you to get all of your statement of account by customers or projects.

On this statement of account, you will see the delivery date, the invoice number, the PO and/or Reference number as well as the balance and age of the account. The total balance is also displayed at the end of the report.

You can access it through Reports>Accounting>Receivables>Complete Statements.

Send statements

Cienapps allows you to save precious time by offering you the option to massively print or send all of your statement of account with an outstanding balance.

You can reach the ‘'Send statements’' window through Tools>Send statements.

You will be able to print/send your complete statement of account or sort them by account age. Based on the preference set in the customer file, these will be displayed under one of these three tabs:

• Printer
  The ‘'Send’' button will print all of your accounts, per customers, for the ones selected.

• Email
  The ‘'Send’' button will send all of your statement of account selected per customer at the email address specified in the customer file

• Fax machine
  The ‘'Send’' button will print all of your accounts, per customers, for the ones selected.
