Workflow Tracker
Do you want to use a dashboard displaying a summary of work order progress and information such as door receipts, dates, measurement counters and others?
The ‘Workflow Tracker’ functionality meets these needs. This document elaborates on the features available in this tool. It explains the information displayed and elaborates on the available configurations.
Access
The tool is available with the activation of the ‘Workflow Tracker’ module. For more information, please contact your project manager.
Access is possible via the 'Report', 'Task' and 'Workflow Tracker' menus.
Permission
The ‘Workflow Tracker’ permission from the ‘Report’ tab must be assigned to access this feature.

Workflow Tracker
Upon display, work orders with an install date within the last 30 days are displayed. The top section is available for the specific selection of work orders. It serves as a filter for the display. The configuration button allows access to the configurations.
The bottom list shows work orders grouped by workflow. Several types of information are displayed.
The bottom legend is a visual indicator that serves as an indicator for the installation date.
The subsequent sections of the document elaborate on the various details.
Columns explained
BT #: represents the work order #
Client name: when it's on a gray background, it's the name of the workflow, otherwise it's the client's name.
Finishes: corresponds to the products of the categories targeted in the configuration and which are present on the work order. They are separated by a comma.
Due date: corresponds to the installation date addressed in the work order.
Installation date: corresponds to the installation date addressed in the work order.
Start date: corresponds to the start date of production.
Delivery date: corresponds to the delivery date addressed in the work order.
Doors received: if all products of type 'Door and facade' have been purchased and received on the work order, the box is checked.
Counters: these are the 4 columns displayed (or not, depending on configuration) which correspond to the counters. You can find more information about these in the ‘'Counters in the capacity calendar’' module)
Workshops: corresponds to the progress of the workshops present in the work order (ex.: CNC, Assembly, installation, etc.). Only the first 4 letters of the mint are displayed as column headings.
The progression rules are:
100% if the task is closed by a user
90% if time exceeds the capacity
X % according to the actual time vs planned time ratio

Available filters
Install Date: All work orders whose install date are between the date range are displayed. By default, the last 30 days are displayed.
Due Date: all work orders whose due date is between the date range are displayed. By default, the last 30 days are displayed.
Workflow: corresponds to the workflows that have been configured. It is possible to apply a filter to a specific workflow. In this case, the filter can consider a list of desired tasks.
Work Order: Matches all Cienapps Work Orders. It is possible to display open work orders using the '…' button.
Ignore without capacity: corresponds to work orders with no capacity (at 0). On a work order, see the 'Planning' tab, 'Capacity' section and the assigned times.
Legend
Depending on the number of days difference between today and the installation date, the target condition cell will be coloured. This legend can be configured in the configuration.

Configuration
Below are the available configuration items.
Capacity: This is the default filter of 'Ignore non-capacity' when starting the feature.
Colour legend (installation): using the management buttons (new, modify, delete), it is possible to define the number of days of deviation and a specific colour.
Displayed counters: these are the counters coming from the configuration in the planning calendar (first tab, counter grid). This configuration is used to determine the counters to display. Up to 4 additional columns can be displayed.
Categories (products) displayed: these are the product categories displayed in the 'Finish' column that is present on the work order.
Filter (date): this is the 'default' filter selected on the date range when opening the workflow tracker window (installation or deadline).
Note
It is possible to deactivate interval dates in the filters. However, this is not recommended as the feature could take several minutes to display the data (depending on your work order history).
