Visual sales analysis (dashboard)
This module allows you to analyze, at a simple glance, the status of your project in the quotation process.
Multiple tabs are available in order to make a precise analysis, based on different information.
Overview
This tab allows you to see, at a simple glance, the values of the ongoing quotes, your best sales rep, your closing rate as well as the best sales opportunities based on the percentage linked to each sale's steps.
Note that you can filter the information by date or employee in order to have a more specific analysis.
A shortcut to the quote tables is also available at any time through the dashboard. However, make sure to add the same date filters in order to analyze in more detail the same data.
Steps
This tab offers your two tables:
Activity History
Look at your quote’s value at each sale’s step as well a the number of days without any new activity by steps. This will allow you to make a close follow-up on your sales and avoid an opportunity loss.Nb.Project / Step in progress
Look at the numbers of ongoing quotes by step. This allows you to see the hardest step to overcome in your sales process. As for the filter by employees, it can serve to determine if the workload is adequately dispatched between all your sales rep or if you might lose sales, as a result of an unbalanced amount of work.
Sales
Two tables are again suggested under this tab:
Monthly closing rate
Look at the value for ongoing, closed-won and close-lost quotes, based on the estimated closing date.Sales / Month
Shows value amount of billed project based on the selected term.
