Shipping label printing by work order

Benefit from shipping labels in order to ease the tracking of your products to be shipped.

Labels in Cienapps are printed from the Printing Labels page.

There are multiple ways to access this page in the system.

From a processor task

From the Work-Order

Once the Printing Labels page is opened, all products marked as To Ship/Deliver will be displayed in the table.

Printing a label

Printing a label can be done by selecting which labels need to be printed (To Process column) and clicking on either Print or Print Individual.

Print

The print button will print all the quantities of a selected line on a single label. Thus, a line with a quantity of 5 will print a total of 1 label.

If multiples lines were selected, one label per line will be printed. Thus, a line with a quantity of 5 and a line with a quantity of 10 will print a total of 2 labels.

Print Individual

The Print Individual button will print all the quantities of a single line on different labels given its quantity. Thus, a line with a quantity of 5 will print a total of 5 labels

Selecting multiple lines will have the same behaviour. Thus, a line with a quantity of 5 and a line with a quantity of 10 will print a total of 15 labels

Grouping labels

Selecting multiple lines at the same time (To Process column) and clicking on ‘'group’', will group the selected lines together.

The colour assigned to the lines is random and will change every time the window is closed and reopened. Multiple groupings can be created.

Selecting any of the grouped lines (To Process column) and clicking on Separate will ungroup the whole group. Selecting any of the grouped lines and performing any of the two printing actions will apply the printing action on the whole group.

Filtering label

Labels can be filtered by product categories. Simply click on Categories, select the categories to display and click on OK for the right categories to be displayed.
