Attach your sales contract to your quotation directly from Cienapps and avoid re-transcription errors with customizable contract formulas.
The contract layout is accessible through the Setup menu>Messages and memos>Memo. The editable text field is displayed under the “Memo Contract” tab.
Cienapps provides you with preset formulas that will allow you to customize your contract with some information's coming from the customer file or the quotation ( name of the customer, deposit amount, quotation total, etc.).
The contract can be printed during the printing of the quotation and the order by checking the box “Print the contract” when printing one or the other of these files.
Contract terms at the bottom of your quote document
To have the contract terms print at the end of your quote, you will first need to make sure that your Cienapps is updated to at least version 4.16.258.x or newer (A).

You will need to open the general configuration menu (Setup >General>General Configuration), followed by the “Printing and Scanning” tab. From there, you will open the second tab as shown in the attached picture where you’ll be able to check the desired option (B).
