How to create a Cabinet Product

Open the Product Tab

2. Select Create New Product

3 . Create a unique Product code and enter it in the Product Code Tab

4. Enter your Product Name in the Name Tab ( Always Copy the Name in the French Tab)

5. Select the Category Product

in the Category Drop Down Menu Select the Category that you want your product to be into

5. If your Product need to have a picture related just press the image button.

select your image and press open

6. Go To the Product Type Tab

7. Change the type From Quantity Management to Non-Stock Quantity

Quantity Management is used for Product that need to be managed by the inventory in this case we use Non-Stock Quantity Because it’s a Product that we build to sale it so it’s not managed by the inventory.

7. Go To the Manufacturer Tab

8. Select the Manufacturer Product Type

in this case we will select the Cabinet Type from the Drop Down Menu.

9. Select the Features Grid to Apply on this product.

If the Grid Needed doesn’t exist GO TO : How to Create a Feature Grid

10. Enter the Default Size of the product

The Default size will be used only if not changed when adding the product to a quotation.

11. If Everything Seems Completed Press the ok Button to save and close the window.

NOW YOU HAVE A NEW PRODUCT ADDED IN YOUR CIENAPPS
