Printing single shipping labels for multiple quantities

This module allows you to print multiple shipping labels for a single quantity. These labels can then be scanned and removed from the scan. This module still allows you to scan labels per package. However, using single and grouped formats is not possible (one or the other).

This feature is only available in 2-step mode (pre-shipment and shipment).

Important: The nature of this feature uses customer-specific shipping labels. If you wish to use this module, it is recommended that you contact us to create or modify your custom shipping label.

Work Order

In a work order file, multiple products with multiple quantities are displayed.

The work order file contains multiple products with multiple quantities. Access to printing labels remains the same.

Printing Shipping Labels

In shipping label printing, multiple quantity printing allows them to be printed individually.

You must select the products to be printed and click on ‘Print Individual’

A product with a quantity of 5 units prints an individual label. The barcode is unique. The format shown in the image is that of a specific customer.

Shipping of products

The product shipping functionality considers each individual barcode for the same product quantity.

Scanning of individual label for multiple quantity is possible.

This scanning must be carried out individually by barcode.

The order of the transit stages must be respected: the barcode must first be scanned for pre-shipment and then done for shipment.

Edit scanned quantities

This feature does not allow for the management of quantities entered in the table. You must scan the data. A second scan, for the same mode, removes the product. The transit sequence must be respected (shipped, pre-shipped, return to initial state).

Permission

By default, the removal of barcodes requires authorization from a superior or colleague with access.

Approval is required if the user does not have permission to remove the product from the scan

The permission to scan without authorization is as follows:

The 'Removing barcodes from scanning without authorization' permission must be granted to the user if required.

This also allows you to approve the authorization to a colleague who does not have withdrawal permission.

Scanner

The scanner functionality allows the use of barcodes that represent individual quantities.

When scanning the barcode, a row is added in the product tab. The barcode reference is added in a column.
