Sales Journal – Sales Analysis Report

The Sales Journal is an analysis report that provides a clear and quick overview of your sales for a selected period. It can be generated on demand according to your needs.

You can:

  • Select a specific reporting period;

  • Filter results by sales employee;

  • Choose to display the client’s full name or company name.

Information included in the report:

  • Delivered on: The date the invoice was issued.

  • Date: The date the invoice was sent to the client.

  • Invoice #: Invoice number.

  • Client: Full name or company name of the client.

  • Material: Amount related to the products billed.

  • Handling: Handling fees (if applicable – requires an additional module).

  • Shipping: Transportation fees (if applicable – requires an additional module).

  • Taxes: Total amount of taxes collected, depending on your location and applicable tax rates.

  • Total: Total invoice amount (before deposit).

  • Deposit: Amount of any deposit applied to the invoice.

  • Total (AR): Amount collected for the invoice.

At the end of the report, you’ll find additional useful information, such as:

  • The total number of invoices included;

  • The number of active warranties;

  • The total number of transactions in progress for the selected period;

  • Details related to your general ledger accounts associated with each of the activities listed in this report.
