Credit limit applicable on orders

This feature allows you to combine the default credit limit management in Cienapps with a specific amount entered in a customer file.

It is primarily used to manage a maximum amount for orders.

Customer file - Order credit limit

In a customer record, an order credit limit can be defined.

Open

A limit can be set for order credit in the accounting tab of a customer record. Below this limit, the total order balance is displayed.

Overdraft - Example

When an overdraft occurs, the credit overdraft management window is displayed.
