Price breakdown on right click return
When this module is enabled, prices are allocated to child products (e.g., H2P - Top of 10X12 Door) instead of to parent products (e.g., Kitchen Project).
This module also impacts the following processes in Cienapps:
Upon returning from the right-click in Cieblink, prices are allocated to child products.
When a Cieblink order is transferred to Cienapps,
Applying a discount per project creates a discount for each child of the project. A combination with a child discount is possible.
Changing the quantities in the file multiplies the quantities of the children.
Right-click return and order transfer
When you right-click and transfer an order, the amounts are broken down into child products.
Discount by project
The project discount works only as a percentage and applies to the children of the parent with the discount.
Multiplication of quantities
Changing a parent quantity applies a multiplier to the children. This impacts the total amount (qty x price) and takes into account the discount.
This quantity cannot be modified directly by the parent. However, a feature allows for modification. See image below.
Transfer on order
When transferring an order, it is not possible to proceed if a quantity exceeds one per file. Each file must have a single quantity to allow a transfer to quotation.
Total price file
A column is available to display the total unit amount for the parents' children.
Printing recipes
On the quotation, order and work order printout, the price breakdown is visible as is the case in the transaction file.
Print invoice
The breakdown is considered in the invoice printing.
LIMITATIONS
When this module is active
The parent discount is available but does not apply to the parent.
The breakdown does not assign an amount to the parent: only the children are affected.
The parent discount (Discount by project) is only and necessarily available when this module is activated.
It is possible to modify a parent's products directly through Cienapps if the parent has no revenue (internal file).
Although it is possible to enter a global amount per project, this will take priority over the children. This is a limitation in itself because the module's operation is based on breakdown. It should be avoided.
Only one discount by % is possible per project. However, it can be combined with the discounts applied to the children.
