Transfer purchase to Cieblink

This transfer allows you to send your purchase from Cienapps software to Cieblink’s platform, connecting you directly with your suppliers.

 

 

Whether your purchase was made manually or in just in time, once the file has been completed, you will need to save your modifications and click on the ‘'Transfer’' button. At this point, your purchase will be recreated in Cieblink, directly linked to your purchase in Cienapps. However, information sharing does between both the software and the web platform isn’t systematically going in both sense.

Cienapps to Cieblink

When transferring, the following information will follow:

  • Purchase #

  • Supplier’s information

  • Note field

  • Delivery date

  • Information from product line

  • Comments to supplier

Cieblink to Cienapps

If any changes occurs, these information will be updated in the purchase file of Cienapps:

  • Delivery date

  • Information from product line

  • Comments from supplier.

It is important to note that in case of adding or deleting a product, it must be done through Cienapps first, otherwise the information would stay in Cieblink only.
