Completion of shipping order prior to a task closure
This module allows you to modify your workflow tasks so that they cannot be completed by a user until all products on the shipping file have been shipped.
Closing a task
When the option is activated in a task, if no shipping file hasn’t been created yet, the following message will appear:
”To close this task the shipping file must be closed but was not found”
This will prevent the user from closing the task.
If the shipping file exists but still contains unshipped products, the user will receive the following message instead:
“There are still products that need to be shipped so the task cannot be closed.”
This will also prevent the user from closing the task.
However, once all products from the shipping file will be shipped, the user will be able to close its task normally.
Configuration
This option is available in the task models, whether it’s from an existing workflow or a new model.
You simply have to check the option in order to activate it for the targeted task.
