🔧Improvements

  • When displaying the child product time editing window (work order), the loading is now indicated visually.

  • The display of line breaks is handled differently from that of the entry in the long description and recipe file (production tab of the processor file).

  • Optimizes processor speed upon return from its worksheet.

  • Standardize the font in the long description and recipe sheet (accessible via the eye icon in the processor sheet, production tab).

  • Manually editing child times impacts processor times and not just scheduling times.

  • Fix of quantities displayed in the shipping label window and the production tab (processor file) from the shipment.

  • Fix of the application of order discounts on a change of quantities by a work order file.

  • Fix of certain scanning errors in the shipping file

  • Formatting (color, font, ...) is now preserved when exporting a table to an Excel file.

  • New multi-quantity management feature with a complete shipping cycle (work order, label printing, shipping). Module required.

  • New feature for allocating products to warehouse locations (e.g., pallet, locker). Module required.

  • In the production tab of the processor file, a menu allows you to view the product file.

  • Added column location to the production tab of the processor file.

  • Displaying the type of work order in the processor. Work order type module required.

  • In managing cases of quantity splits in shipping labels, it is possible to add a description line without a quantity.

🔧Improvements

  • When printing invoices, correction of a rare case in which detail lines were not printed.

  • A module was added, allowing to activate or not an option used to print lines associated with no products in quotes, orders, work orders and bill.

  • Added "Representative" and "Salesperson" options in the Employee window, automatically applying filters to lists and tables across several project sections.

  • Increased maximum note width in Purchasing, Receiving, and on receiving labels for improved readability.

  • In the production tab of a processor's file, a column provides access to a window displaying the product's long description and recipe. Module required.

  • In this window displaying the long description and recipe, a button allows for individual printing of the shipping label. Module required.

  • Using the Microvellum XML generation functionality from Cieblink, a feature numbers the finished product descriptions. Module required.

  • The order credit module has been replaced by the mandatory order deposit module.

  • It is possible to add a credit limit and a mandatory deposit percentage on order transfers to work orders.

  • Redesigned the service codes report window.

🔧Improvements

  • Deposit management is now possible after saving on an order file while remaining on it.

  • When canceling an order, if there is no material, the error message no longer appears.

  • The Work Order Type (and Service Codes) module now has multiple permissions for accessing and using features.

  • The checkbox module for decision-making on the entry of the shipping and installation date prints the term N/A for these dates if applicable.

  • Mandatory characterization is now available (order and work order). Module required.

  • The filing date is now mandatory. When entering, the current date is assigned by default.

  • A manual payment number is now available when entering deposits. It can be mandatory (configuration available). Module required.

  • The imperial measurement format considers decimals and some special cases.

  • Two checkboxes allow you to decide whether to enter an installation and delivery date (cmd and bt sheet). Module required.

  • The receivables analysis report also displays the customer number and business name. The phone extension is now visible.

  • The date column is now available for input when adding a new deposit.

  • The shipping button and delivery button have been removed from the work order.

  • In the processor, the point of sale is displayed and a filter can be used. Module required.

  • When right-clicking (Cieblink configurator) the quotation, a module allows you to not receive documents from Cieblink. Applicable to right-clicking the order. Module required.

  • In a customer file, it is possible to save a specific print configuration per quote, order, work order, and invoice. Module required.

  • A logging system was added to track modifications made to jobs and planification sticks. A configuration must be activated.
