Unsupported image format

From iphone 11 models and above, photos taken from the device are automatically saved in HEIC format. The Ciemobile does not currently support this image format.

However, it is possible to change the camera settings so that they save the images in jpeg format.

Simply open camera settings, select 'camera', then 'format'. The default recording format is 'High Efficiency'; it should be changed to ''The most compatible''
