Right click on the command

Right-clicking on the order works the same way as right-clicking on the quotation. This module must be enabled in Cienapps to be used.

The current documentation elaborates on the actions for directly and indirectly using a right-click on the order.

Transferring the quotation to the order

Transferring a quote to an order automatically creates a duplicate of a Cieblink transaction.

After a transfer, you can still right-click on the quote. However, changes made to Cieblink are only reflected on that quote.

In the case of an order, changes made via Cieblink are only reflected on the order.

Duplicate of a file

When a project is duplicated from the order file, the transaction is also duplicated in Cieblink. All elements of the file will be duplicated (discount, quantity). The operation is similar to that of a file duplicate in a quotation file.

Access to the projet

Accessing the order file project redirects the user to the Cieblink transaction if the project contains a recipe. Otherwise, the Cienapps project is displayed in an internal window.

Once a project has been transferred to a work order, the right-click option is no longer available.

Duplicate of an order

Duplicating an order allows you to copy all the projects from one order to another. Customer selection is required: it is therefore possible to duplicate a target order from one customer to another.

However, discounts are not duplicated.
