Search fieldsIn this table, you can search for a specific customer. You can either search by name, phone number, address or zip code. The default setting for the application is set to search in your active customer. If needed, you can click ''all'' in the customer selection in order to search through any customer that was ever created, including the inactive one.
NewThis button allows you to create a new customer.
ModifySelect a customer, than click on modify. This will bring you to the customer file, which you'll be able to edit. Note that double clicking on the customer will allow you to do the same thing.
DeleteTo delete a customer, select one listed in the table, than click on delete. Note that you can only delete a customer that has no Quote, Order, Work-Order and/or Invoices attached to it. In these cases, you'll want to mark them as ''inactive'' in the customer file, under the option tab.
PrintThis allows you to print basic customer information (Info from the first tab only)
MergeMerging can be an helpful tool in case of duplicate customer, as for example. If that ever happens, click on the ''Merge'' button. The system will then ask you for a source and a destination. The destination is where all the data will be kept while the source will be deleted. Note that only contact information and transactions will be transferred from the source to the destination.
StatementWant to get a printable state of account for a specific customer only? Select one of them in the list, then click on Statement. If you would like to have a statement of account for all your customers at once, look under the ''report tab''. Various options will be listed there to help you manage your receivables. 
Cieblink Export

In case you'd like to deal with your customer in Cieblink as well, this export will help you make sure that you have the same customer list both in your Cienapps and your Cieblink. Note that you'll need to have bought the ''Supplier Mode'' in Cieblink for this option.

ColorOn the right side of the table, you have a legend mentioning Open Account, Block or Disabled. A customer with one of these condition will appear with the corresponding color, giving you a visual cue without having to enter in it's file.
