Installation of an RDP workstation for a hosted client
To set up your Cienapps access when hosted on our servers, please first download the file you received via email through a secure link.
Once the file is downloaded, double-click on it to enter your login information.
Note: You should have received an email with a secure link containing your login information. If you haven't received it, please contact our technical support line at 450-323-1003, extension 1.
A new remote resource has been added to your computer. Simply open the folder and move the shortcut to your desktop.
The system will prompt you once again to enter your login information. You can then check the 'Remember my information' box to avoid entering it again next time.
Cienapps will then open, allowing you to log in to your software.
