Replacing the Cienapps.cfg file following a Windows update
Following a Windows update, it happens that the config.xml and Cienapps.cfg files are corrupted and prevents the connection to the database.
In this case, two error messages may appear when opening Cienapps:
To resolve the situation, you will have to delete the config.xml and Cienapps.cfg files in the Cienapps installation directory, on the user's computer.
Then, you will have to paste an uncorrupted Cienapps.cfg file from another directory (shared directory or from another computer where Cienapps is installed).
