Installation guide on a user workstation

Download the app
To download Cienapps, click on the link below or copy / paste it in your browser.
https://cienapps-version-install.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/Cienapps_4.16.264.0.EXE
The file will be saved to your downloads directory on your workstation.
Click on the .EXE once.
Note that the end of the link may change depending on the newest version available.

Proceed to the installation
Some Windows systems will ask you to confirm the installation.

Follow the installation wizard
The installation wizard will then be launched. Please follow these steps:
Choose the desired language and click on '' OK ''
Directory selection
The install assistant offers you two installation choices, either quick or custom.
In order to validate the correct directory during installation, it is preferable to choose "custom".
The directory should be as follows:
C: \ Users \ WorkstationName \ AppData \ Roaming \ Cienapps
IMPORTANT: If you have a Beta version of Cienapps installed, ALWAYS choose Custom Install so as not to install in the wrong directory. In the case of a Beta version, a second directory should exist, with the following path:
C: \ Users \ WorkstationName \ AppData \ Roaming \ Cienappsbeta

Login Info
Please contact your project manager or technical support to obtain your login information. You will need the following information:
Connection identifier
Server address
BD name
User
Password
Then click on validate.
There you go! Your Cienapps is installed.
