Monitoring Processes in Progress

Overview

There are multiple places in Cienapps from which you can trigger a background process. Since these processes might prevent your from doing certain actions within Cienapps, it is important to be able to monitor them.

From the main menu, you can right-click on the background and select Process in Progress or simply press F5.

Open

From this window, you can see which processes are still in progress. If any processes were to get stuck in progress, a task automatically ran every n minutes will clear it so you don’t get stuck for long. Please contact your Cienapps administrator for more information on this particuliar task.
