With this module, you will be able to easily find the contact details of the different stakeholders related to your projects or your suppliers and send specific communications to them.
Multiple customer contacts
Each of your customers could add several contacts that will be managed in the Cienapps customer file.
These can then be used when managing a project, where several people may be involved; in the case of an individual, there may be several family members or an external designer.
In the case of a company, there may be several project managers, site managers, accountants, etc. It's now possible to add these different contacts in the customer file and to configure certain particularities according to the contact. It is also possible to 'tag' the customer in the various forms (submission, order, work order, invoice).
Multiple supplier contacts
As with your customers, it is possible to link multiple contacts to your suppliers, however, it will be better to identify the primary contact by default.
The information from these contacts will serve as a link for your purchases in Cienapps and Cieblink.
