Some customers are hosted on Cienapps servers. To connect to their Cienapps, these users run the default ‘Remote Desktop’ tool in Windows 10.
Sometimes customers migrate their version of Windows from 10 to 11. Microsoft has confirmed that a bug is causing issues when using the 'Remote Desktop' in Windows 11.
