Allocating a product
To allocate a shipping product, this operation must be carried out from the processor sheet, accessible via the Cienapps interactive center.
Production tab
This section of the processor sheet displays the task times. The association feature makes it possible to allocate the product to a targeted location.
Associate a product
The “chain” button is used to perform the action. The “Type” feature applies a filter on the allocation type. A checkbox displays empty allocations. Work orders with allocated products are displayed in the “Work order” column.
In the case of multiple allowances / work vouchers, the ‘Work voucher’ column displays them one after the other.
Unassign a product
To remove an allocated product, the “Unassign” button can be used. It is possible to select several products and unassign them.
Allocation specifics
When the product has already been shipped or if it is in loading within the shipment, the allocation is not available for use. Multi-selection is not available when both non-allocatable and allocatable cases are selected. The “Locked” column indicates this aspect.
Shipping a work order
When a shipment is closed, the allocated products are automatically removed.
Viewing current allocations
This feature is available to all users: it does not require any permission. It displays the list of allocated work orders. No modifications are possible.
