Supplier Products tab
The supplier products tab (1) allows you to view and export all the listed products from various suppliers.
From this tab, you can access their detailed sheet(2), add new products (3), and export products in .xlsx format.
Adding products
After clicking the “Add products” button, you will be asked to select a supplier from your list of suppliers. You will then have access to all of that supplier’s official products and can add them to your supplier product list.
Export Products
What is the export?
Product export allows you to select one or more products from your supplier product list and transfer the information from their product sheet into an Excel (.xlsx) file. The information will be organized into columns with the following order and naming convention:
How to export
There are two ways to export from the Supplier Products tab.
Export by selection allows you to target specific products from your list.
By checking the desired products in the display table (1), they will be selected for export. These selections are retained even if you change pages in the table, and you can see how many have been selected (2) and clear the selection (3) if needed.
Finally, the “Export selection” button will start the export process for the selected products. The button is only active when there are products currently selected.
All the products in your supplier product list can be exported by clicking the “Export all” button.
For both export methods, the generated file(s) will be sent to the email address registered in your profile. The data will be divided into groups of 1,000 products per .xlsx file and compiled into a .zip file accessible through a link included in the email you receive. The .zip files will remain accessible from the email for 24 hours, after which a new export will need to be generated to regain access to any data that was not saved locally.
