Edit the images
Images that can be included in a product sheet can come from an uploaded file on the site (1) or from a web link (2). To display two images simultaneously in the product sheet, both methods must be used at the same time.
To change the uploaded image, click on the trash icon that appears over the image when you hover your mouse over it, then click on the blue + icon that will replace the image and select the file of the image you want to display.
To change the web image, enter the new link in the Web Image Link field.
Edit the categories
To modify a category or subcategory associated with the product, select it from the dropdown menu.
You will see a list of your company’s categories, or subcategories related to the previously selected category. Selecting the – means that there is no category/subcategory for this product.
Selecting the “Create a new category” option allows you to create a new entry. A new field will appear on the page where you can enter its name.
Edit the status
The status of a product is only visible to its supplier.
If it is set to “Official”, it will be visible and usable by platform users.
If it is set to “Inactive”, it will no longer be visible or usable by other users.
