Permission - Scheduling permission by assigned vendor on WO
This module adds two new permissions allowing you to manage scheduling by salesperson assigned to the work order.
This document explains the details of this feature.
Permission
Upon activation of the module, the following two permissions are available.
Capacity planning by assigned salesperson on WO
Installation/delivery planning by assigned salesperson on WO
These permissions allow access to the simulation of the target schedule.
These permissions behave differently when combined with the 'Installation simulation' and 'Production simulation' permissions.
Scenario 1 - Simulation X Permission Only
By default, this permission grants edit access to the simulation for all work orders.
Scenario 2 - Simulation X Permission and Scheduling by Assigned Salesperson on WO
When both permission types are granted, the user has full access to modify the simulation schedule.
This is identical to Scenario 1.
Scenario 3 - Permission Scheduling by assigned seller on WO
When this specific permission is granted, the user can access the simulation calendar. However, they can only manage the work orders for which they are responsible.
