Option to enter the delivery and installation date

This option adds a checkbox next to the installation and delivery dates on order and work order files.

This option is useful for forcing a decision regarding the blanking of a date.

By default, when creating a transaction file, these options are checked and indicate the requirement to enter an installation date and a delivery date.

These options must be unchecked to leave these dates blank.
