The information in the “Valid through” field that you could find on the quotation sheet, is the closing date of the agreement for the products and/or services contained in the quotation is valid. After this date, the opening of a new quotation or a revision will be necessary, due to possible market fluctuations.
Note: ‘'Term 30’' represents the payment term set up in the customer file, and is unrelated to the quotation price validity.
