Be able to customize and create automation's in several document spaces to print or send to the client.

Memos

The memo sheet contains various tabs that allow you to add some additional information that will appear when printing or emailing the sheets to which they are linked.

  • Memo tab (1,2,3)
    Add additional information that will appear at the bottom of the page in different places such as work order, invoice, quotation, purchase, accounting statement, order, customer info or shipping order.

  • Memo Contract tab
    Write your sales contract (for more information, see module Customize your contract )

  • Email tab
    Write a predefined format for your emails and add personalized information related to the document attached to it, such as the Accounting Statement, Invoice, Quotation, Work Order or the Order.

  • Report tab
    Adds a memo to the labor report which is found in the Planning module under the report menu.

  • Pop-up tab
    Depending on your needs, you will be able to create a predefined "popup" message when opening an invoice.

  • Help tab
    Customize some information in the various tabs using predefined formulas in the Help tab.
