Permissions
It is imperative to activate the "Task management" permission in the permissions grid of the "Tools" section.

The "Task Management" menu can be found under the Tools menu. This menu only appears if the "Task management" permission is granted and if the "Task closing tool" module is activated.

Task management
The "Task management" window is used to display the list of closed work orders that have at least one open task in a table.
It is possible to select one or more work orders, then close the open tasks associated with them using the "Finish" button

lock case
If, from the list of selected work orders, there are cases of locking (i.e. another user is using the same selected work order or the work order command work is in progress), Cienapps will process the other work orders. At the end of processing, Cienapps will show rows that were not processed due to these locks in red, along with a message that these red rows are lock cases.
